We care about your privacy
Your exact location is never shared and we do not use maps: only the city is visible. For children we show neither names nor dates of birth, only an indication of their age.

What are the paid services?
The paid services are chat and ad posting (SOS Babysitter), which is reserved for parents. For babysitters, reading the ads is completely free.
How much does it cost to message other users?
Messaging costs €5* per week (example cost for users located in Italy). You only pay when you need to reactivate the chat, keeping your costs under control.
* The price may vary depending on store fees and on the VAT applied in each country.
How much does it cost to create an SOS Babysitter ad?
Posting an ad costs €5* per week and the ad is valid for 24 hours. The price applies to parents only: for babysitters, reading is free.
How are babysitters searched for?
Log in to the app with your credentials: the system automatically searches for available babysitters within a 100 km radius of your point of interest. The same applies to searching for families.
I don't want to show my location: how do you protect this data?
Your location is not shared with other users and is never shown on a map: Bitsitter only indicates the name of the city and an approximate distance from the user who is searching for you.
Can I delete my account whenever I want?
Yes. From your profile screen you can tap “Unsubscribe”: the account is permanently deleted from our system within a maximum of 72 hours.
For children we only show the gender, if declared, and the age calculated from month and year. The only personal detail visible to other users is the first name.
